engagement
We are open to alternative charging models dependent on your needs, we are not locked into time-based charging and we don’t charge by 6 minute increments or anything similar. We match our fees to our value. Our most popular option with our clients is agreed fixed fee/fixed scope projects. We also have some clients who prefer a retainer arrangement where an agreed monthly fee is paid for an ongoing “on tap” level of service. We also have hourly and daily /half daily rates. We will disclose our estimated costs to you at all times and we will keep you informed on the progress of our work, including immediately, if for any reason an estimate needs to be updated.
